This policy explains how Meser-Eser LTD collects, uses, shares and safeguards personal information across its website, its sending platform and its related services.

1. Introduction

Meser-Eser LTD, company number 514381128, whose registered office is at 17 Manor Ehud, Kfar Saba, Israel, is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information and respects the privacy of everyone who visits its website or uses its systems. This policy sets out what personal information the Company collects, why it is collected, how it is protected, and the circumstances in which it may be shared.

The policy applies to the Meser10 website, to the email and SMS sending platform, and to all associated services. By using our services or by providing personal information to us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Categories of Information Collected

We collect three kinds of information.

Information you provide directly. This includes:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company name
  • Business address
  • Payment details, which are processed through secure means

Information collected automatically. When you use the website or the platform, our systems record:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Pages viewed and time spent on them
  • Date and time of access
  • The source that referred you to us

Recipient information you upload. Where you use the platform to send campaigns, we process the recipient data held in your account:

  • Recipient email addresses
  • Recipient telephone numbers
  • Open and click activity
  • Subscription and unsubscription status

This information is held in trust for you, for the purpose of sending on your behalf, and it is not used by us for any other purpose.

3. Purposes for Which Information Is Used

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Providing the service and supporting it, including operating your account, answering enquiries and resolving faults
  • Billing and payment, including processing transactions, issuing invoices and managing subscriptions
  • Service communications, such as technical updates, notice of changes to our policies, and system alerts
  • Improving the service, by analysing how the platform is used
  • Security and fraud prevention, including identifying and blocking abuse
  • Meeting legal obligations imposed on the Company
  • Marketing, meaning sending promotional material, subject to consent
  • Statistics and research, using aggregated data to study trends and improve the user experience
  • System administration, covering the technical operation and maintenance of the platform
  • Responding to you when you contact us

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent.

Information may be shared in the following circumstances only:

  • Service providers. Suppliers of infrastructure, storage, payment processing and technical support may access information strictly to the extent needed to deliver the service.
  • Law enforcement and legal process. Information may be disclosed where required by law or by a court order, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of the Company.
  • Sale or merger. If the Company is sold or merged, or if ownership otherwise changes, information may pass to the acquirer, who will be bound by privacy obligations equivalent to those in this policy.

5. Information Security

Customer data and the recipient data uploaded to the platform are held on servers located in Israel. Usage data collected through Google services may be transferred to servers outside Israel, as described in the Cookies section.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including:

  • SSL and TLS encryption of communications
  • Encryption of sensitive data held in the database
  • Strict access controls
  • Monitoring and logging of activity

You should be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may exercise the following rights in relation to your personal information:

  • Access. Obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
  • Deletion. Request erasure of your personal information, subject to obligations that require us to retain it.
  • Objection. Object to the processing of your information for marketing purposes.
  • Portability. Receive your information in a structured, machine readable format.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies in three categories:

  • Essential cookies, which enable sign in and maintain your session
  • Analytics cookies, Google Analytics and similar services, used to measure how the site is used
  • Marketing cookies, used for personalised advertising and set only with consent

The measurement tools we use are Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-7YPY10GX99, and, where advertising campaigns are running, Google Ads, which we use to assess campaign performance and to deliver personalised advertising.

These tools operate under Google Consent Mode v2. They are blocked by default and are activated only after you give explicit consent. A consent banner is displayed on your first visit, and a Cookie Settings control in the corner of the screen lets you change or withdraw your consent at any time. You can also manage and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking essential cookies may impair the functioning of the website.

Where Google services are used, usage data such as your IP address, device identifier and the pages you viewed may be transferred to servers located outside Israel, including in the United States, under the contractual protection mechanisms Google applies.

Meta Pixel. This site carries a measurement pixel operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, used to measure advertising performance and to build advertising audiences. The pixel loads only after you have accepted the marketing category in the cookie settings on this site. Without that consent, Meta measurement code is not loaded at all and sends nothing. When it is active it reports a page view to Meta, and a form submission on the thank-you page, together with the page address, browser type and IP address. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings button on the site, and from that point the pixel is no longer loaded.

8. Data Protection Officer

The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whose responsibilities are to:

  • Oversee the Company's compliance with privacy legislation and data security regulations
  • Advise management and staff on how those requirements are to be applied
  • Prepare an annual staff training programme and monitor that it is carried out
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and report the findings to management
  • Handle requests from data subjects concerning access, correction, deletion and objection
  • Serve as the point of contact with the Privacy Protection Authority, including in the event of a data security incident

These arrangements are made in accordance with Amendment No. 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017.

9. Retention of Information

Once termination of the engagement takes effect the Customer has 30 days to export their data, and only at the end of that period is the information deleted. This also applies to the deletion of data of an account that is not active, as set out in the terms of use.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, and for such further period as the law requires. For transaction records this period is generally seven years.

Recipient data is retained for as long as the account is active and for as long as the recipient appears in the Customer mailing lists. The Customer may delete a recipient from the system at any time. A recipient who has unsubscribed is kept in unsubscribed status only, so that the recipient is not contacted again, and is excluded from sending. Following closure of an account, information is deleted within 30 days, other than information we are required by law to keep.

Transactional messages, meaning operational messages sent to a recipient following an action they performed, are retained in the system for three months from the date of sending and are deleted thereafter.
