Accessibility Statement

Meser10 believes its website and services should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

Meser-Eser LTD ("the Company") gives high importance to the accessibility of its digital services for all users, including people with disabilities. We work continuously to improve the accessibility of our website and our sending platform in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Service Accessibility Regulations.

Current accessibility status

The website and the platform are going through an ongoing accessibility process. We aim to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 at conformance level AA, which is based on WCAG 2.0, and to adopt principles from WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), the recognised international accessibility standard. The site is checked with automated tools and by manual review, and we run periodic checks on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility features in place

Keyboard navigation: the whole site can be used without a mouse
Screen reader support: ARIA attributes and semantic structure
Colour contrast: a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for normal text
Text alternatives: images carry a suitable alt description
Text size: can be enlarged up to 200% without loss of content
Clear links: buttons and links are labelled clearly and meaningfully
Heading structure: a consistent H1 to H6 hierarchy

Additional accessibility tools

You can use the accessibility widget built into the site, which lets you:

Change the font size
Stop animations
Switch to high contrast
Highlight links
Use an enlarged cursor
Use a reading mode without distractions

The widget opens from the accessibility button in the bottom corner of every page. The cookie settings button sits in the opposite bottom corner.

Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible; we are converting them to an accessible format
Content uploaded by users may not meet every accessibility requirement
Some advanced interface components are still being made accessible

We welcome reports and fix findings on an ongoing basis.
